路透社报道，汤姆森路透周二发表报告称，在最新评选出的全球100大最具创新力公司中，中国公司无一上榜。在这份名单中，美国公司占了40%，亚洲占31%，欧洲占29%。虽然中国的专利申请数量已经全球领先，但事实上中国的专利质量和影响力不足。 报告称，无论是对创新型企业还是创新型国家，创新都已成为经济增长和成功的基石。虽然专利发明数量一直是衡量创新力的指标之一，但创新的意义远不止专利申请数量这么简单。汤姆森路透2011全球100大最具创新力公司名单，是根据以下几个方面进行评定： 专利申请成功率：申请专利的代价昂贵，而且并非所有申请都会获得批准。汤姆森路透计算了各公司过去3年里专利申请数与获得批准专利数的比例。 专利申请的全球性：在全球四大市场美国、欧洲、日本和中国，如何保护自己的发明是衡量一家公司对自己知识产权重视程度的指标之一。 专利影响力：其他公司引用专利的频率可衡量发明的影响力，汤姆森路透计算了过去5年里每家公司专利被引用的数量。 创新专利数：汤姆森路透分析了所有在最近3年申请了100件以上“创新”专利的组织。“创新”专利的定义是，首次提交有关新技术、新药品、新业务流程等的专利申请文件。 报告称，全球100大最具创新力公司在2010年创造了40多万个新工作岗位，市值加权平均营收增长12.9%，研发支出比标准普尔500指数成分股公司高1倍多，74.2%的上市公司股价上涨。 报告还发现，美国在半导体及电子元件制造上处于领先；亚洲在电脑硬件制造和汽车制造上领先；欧洲在机械制造上处于领先，其中瑞典占了该类别的1半多；法国在科学研究上处于领先，也是上榜公司最多的欧洲国家。（木秀林） 附表：全球100大最具创新力公司全部名单（不分名次） 公司名称 所在国 所在行业 3M Company USA Chemical Manufacturing ABB, Ltd.
